Group sessions
We tailor group sessions to the needs of the clients and participants. We are often asked to work with clients on:
- Strategising client targets
- Developing business plan - associate to partner
- setting up new groups
- Putting together a pitch or presentation (written document)
- Pitching and presenting (your performance on the day)
- Negotiation skills
- Dealing with clients (running transactions, negotiating invoices etc)
- Networking (how best to and how to follow up)
- Developing your personal brand
- Making an impact: coming across well in meetings
The sessions are generally set up as follows:
- Maximum of ten participants
- Sessions in blocks of 90 minutes and each day course will cover three or four of these modules
- We produce a report on each attendee and follow up with them after the event
