Group sessions

We tailor group sessions to the needs of the clients and participants. We are often asked to work with clients on:

  • Strategising client targets
  • Developing business plan - associate to partner
    • setting up new groups
  • Putting together a pitch or presentation (written document)
  • Pitching and presenting (your performance on the day)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Dealing with clients (running transactions, negotiating invoices etc)
  • Networking (how best to and how to follow up)
  • Developing your personal brand
  • Making an impact: coming across well in meetings

The sessions are generally set up as follows:

  • Maximum of ten participants
  • Sessions in blocks of 90 minutes and each day course will cover three or four of these modules
  • We produce a report on each attendee and follow up with them after the event
