Individual programmes
Our programmes normally comprise eight sessions with a flexible agenda initially set by the client and e.g. his or her training department or line manager. We will also make suggestions based on our experience. We agree together the aims of the specific programme, we set measurable targets at the start and reassess these as the weeks pass.
